These terms are the agreement between you and TECHNINN SOLUTIONS BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİLERİ A.Ş. for the use of OwlPrompter. By downloading or using the app you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the app.

Who this agreement is with

OwlPrompter is provided by TECHNINN SOLUTIONS BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİLERİ A.Ş., İnkılap Mah. Sokullu Cad. No:5 Ümraniye / İstanbul, Türkiye. This agreement is between you and us alone. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to it, and neither is responsible for the app or its content.

The licence you get

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use OwlPrompter on devices that you own or control, for your own purposes, whether personal or commercial.

If you obtained the app from the App Store, that licence is limited by the Usage Rules in Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions, including their provisions on Family Sharing. If you obtained it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service apply alongside these terms.

You may not sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the app; reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it except where that restriction is void under applicable law; or remove any notice of ownership from it.

Subscriptions, trials and one-time purchases

OwlPrompter is free to use for speed and timer scrolling, recording, filters and up to three scripts. OwlPrompter Pro unlocks voice-tracked and eye-contact scrolling, unlimited scripts, on-device AI, live streaming and virtual backgrounds.

Pro is sold as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. The exact title, duration and price of each option are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period, at the price then shown for your plan.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. You are not charged during the trial, and cancelling before it ends costs nothing. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited if you buy a subscription during it. Payment is taken from your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase.

Cancelling and refunds

You manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple or Google account settings, not in OwlPrompter — we cannot cancel them for you. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not end the period you have already paid for, and it does not by itself produce a refund.

Refunds are handled by whichever store sold you the subscription, under that store's policy. If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK or Türkiye, your statutory withdrawal and cancellation rights apply and nothing here limits them.

If a price changes, the store will tell you and, where required, ask for your agreement before the new price takes effect.

Your scripts, recordings and broadcasts

Everything you write, record or broadcast with OwlPrompter is yours. We claim no ownership over it and, as explained in our privacy policy, we never receive it.

You are responsible for what you present and publish, including that you have the rights to any script, music, image or footage you use, and that your broadcast complies with the rules of the platform you send it to.

Because your content lives only on your device, keeping backups is your responsibility. Deleting the app deletes your scripts and recordings and we cannot recover them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use OwlPrompter to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to harass or defame, to impersonate another person, to stream content you have no right to stream, or to interfere with the app's technical operation or its purchase verification.

Third-party services

Live streaming sends your video to a destination you choose. Those services — YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, or any RTMP server you configure — are operated by others under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them, for their availability, or for what they do with what you send.

You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party service you connect, and for holding whatever account or eligibility that service requires in order to broadcast.

Our intellectual property

OwlPrompter, its name, its logo, its design and its software are owned by TECHNINN SOLUTIONS BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİLERİ A.Ş. and protected by copyright and trade mark law. These terms give you a licence to use the app; they transfer no ownership.

Changes to the app and to these terms

We may add, change or remove features, and we may stop distributing the app. Where a change would materially reduce what a paid plan gives you, we will tell you before it takes effect.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and material changes will be announced in the app or on our website. Continuing to use OwlPrompter after that means you accept the new terms.

No warranty

OwlPrompter is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, that speech recognition will be accurate, or that a live broadcast will connect or stay connected — network conditions and third-party platforms are outside our control. Test your setup before anything that matters.

Nothing here excludes a warranty or right that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you as a consumer.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, nor for lost profits, lost recordings, missed broadcasts or lost opportunities arising from your use of OwlPrompter.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending this agreement

This licence lasts until it ends. It ends automatically if you breach these terms, and you may end it at any time by deleting the app. Ending it does not entitle you to a refund of a subscription period already paid for, and the sections on intellectual property, warranties, liability and governing law survive it.

Apple

The following applies if you obtained OwlPrompter from the App Store.

  • This agreement is between you and TECHNINN SOLUTIONS BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİLERİ A.Ş. only, not with Apple. We — not Apple — are solely responsible for the app and its content.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for OwlPrompter.
  • If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are our responsibility.
  • We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claim by you or a third party relating to the app or your possession and use of it, including product liability claims, any claim that the app fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation.
  • If a third party claims that the app or your use of it infringes their intellectual property, we, not Apple, are solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim.
  • You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce it against you.

Google Play

If you obtained OwlPrompter from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service apply in addition to these terms. Google is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts and execution offices of İstanbul Anadolu have jurisdiction over any dispute. Nothing in this section takes away a right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings where you live, or to apply to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court that your own country's law makes available to you.

If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, nor of the right to bring proceedings there.
