Voice scroll moves the text as you speak, so a live segment reads like a conversation rather than a recital. Eye-contact mode holds the scroll while you read a comment.

Burned-in captions, filters and a blurred or virtual background are rendered into the outgoing video, the same as in a recording.
Questions
Does it work with TikTok Live?
Yes, through an RTMP stream key. TikTok issues keys via LIVE Studio to accounts it has enabled for it; if your account has a key, paste it into OwlPrompter and go live from the prompter.
Does the stream keep running if I switch apps?
Yes. OwlPrompter keeps the stream up while you step out to read a comment or a message; on Android it shows a persistent notification while it does, and it reconnects on its own if the network drops.
