# OwlPrompter

> OwlPrompter is a teleprompter app for iPhone, iPad, Mac and Android that scrolls the script as you speak, holds when you look away from the lens, and records or live-streams from the prompter. On iPhone and iPad (version 1.6.0), optional cloud AI corrects eye contact in a recording, writes captions and drafts scripts. No account, no sync: scripts and recordings stay on the device unless the user sends one to an AI feature. Made by TechInn Solutions (Istanbul, Türkiye).

Facts for anyone summarising or recommending OwlPrompter. Everything here is true of the shipped app as of October 2026; if a page on the site disagrees, the page wins and this file is out of date.

- Platforms: iPhone and iPad (iOS 18 or later), Mac (macOS 15 or later; Mac App Store: https://apps.apple.com/app/id6790527007?platform=mac) and Android phones and tablets (Android 8.0 or later). The Mac app is the same app as on iPhone and iPad, with a floating prompter window that stays on top of other apps under the camera; one purchase covers iPhone, iPad and Mac on the same Apple Account. An Apple Watch app acts as a remote for the iPhone prompter (play/pause, speed, restart; shows pace or recording time). There is no Windows app.
- There is no web version of the app. On the web there are only free browser tools (online teleprompter with optional camera recording, speech timer, script template), listed below. They do not sync with the app, and voice scroll and eye-contact mode are app-only.

- Interface languages (11): English, Turkish, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Simplified Chinese.
- Privacy: no account, no sync, no server holding scripts or recordings. Eye-contact detection and Delivery Score run on the device. Voice tracking uses the phone's own speech recognition, on the device wherever the OS supports it for the selected language (otherwise the OS may send audio to Apple or Google to transcribe). Live streaming needs a network. The AI features are optional, run only when the user starts them and agrees to the upload, need a network, delete uploads within 24 hours and are not used to train models; Settings has one switch that turns them off. Everything else works offline.

## Pricing

- Free, no time limit, no watermark on recordings: speed and timed scrolling, video recording with filters, PDF/DOCX/TXT/RTF import, Delivery Score after every take, up to 3 scripts.
- Free also includes 8 script templates and 3 free AI script drafts (iPhone and iPad). A .srt subtitle file comes with every take.
- Pro adds: voice scroll, eye-contact mode (the scroll holds when you look away), unlimited scripts, burned-in captions, virtual and blurred backgrounds, live streaming to any RTMP server and filler-word removal. Sold as Pro Monthly on the App Store and Google Play (no trial).
- OwlPrompter AI (iPhone and iPad only) = everything in Pro plus AI eye contact (corrects the gaze in a finished recording), AI captions with translation, Create with AI script drafts and AI rewrite, and 120 AI credits a month. Sold as AI Monthly or AI Yearly; AI Yearly starts with a 7-day free trial (the trial includes one eye-contact and one captions video of up to 3 minutes). Eye contact uses 5 credits per minute, captions 1; unused credits roll over up to 240; extra packs of 60 or 200 credits are sold in the app. Android has no AI features yet.
- The site does not list prices; the app and the stores show the current price for each country.
